This Thursday is a bit more quilt than embroidery. However, if you peer closely you will see a few swallows flitting about in there…
This is a baby quilt for my dear cousin who just had her first. I’m hoping it will keep the little one warm on the cold winter nights to come!
Happy sewing everyone!
Here is the final product!
If you are interested in making one for yourself, you can get the designs here:
Here is the new pattern for this month titled: Luciana
A very visually bold pattern, it still looks ladylike with delicate embroidery and fanciful 3D applique. Super fast to piece with large block sizes, the possibilities for customization are endless!
Today I have a sneak peak for the next new pattern coming out….
The pattern will release on Tuesday, so be sure to stop back by and get a copy!
Here is part five of twelve for the Baltimore Album Quilt!
Today’s post is one of the first plant hangers I ever made. Just some Braiding and half a square knot. As you can see, Mr. Hoya Rubra is super happy with his tendrils a growing up the side!
Hope everyone has a great Monday!
Today’s post is just a bit of embroidery. This was a free design from Embroidery Library a while back. It stitched out beautifully, and is the perfect size for a nice little wall hanging.
I love the colorful print on the binding, it really brightens the whole piece up.
I am working on another pattern to post. This one can be made as a baby quilt or a lap size! I will be a little bit before it comes out as revisions take time. Thanks for visiting, and keep those sewing skills growing!
Happy Fourth of July everyone!
I have many fond memories as a child of going up north to my grandma’s and grandpa’s for a fun filled day with my cousins at their lake house on the Fourth. Catching frogs, swimming, fishing, campfires and stories at night while the fireflies hovered around us, those are the memories I’ll always cherish.
Hope everyone has a great fourth!
Here is a little something I am currently working on.
This is a queen size quilt for my nephew. It has been “in progress” for quite some time…[bad auntie!]. I am finally nearing the end of the quilting process. Then it will need trimming…binding…labeling….So one day at a time. 😀
Hope everyone is having a great Friday!
Sorry for the delay! Here is the promised pattern for the Pink Lemonade Quilt. I hope you enjoy! Pink Lemonade
